AND MACHU PICCHU “EXPRESS” (2 DAYS / 1 NIGHT)
Day 1 Cuzco – Machu Picchu – Cuzco Arrival at the airport by the first scheduled flight; reception and transfer to the Urubamba train station to take the Vistadome train to Aguas Calientes, at the foot of the Machu Picchu ruins. Minibus up to the ruins and guided visit of Machu Picchu, which is totally built of stone blocks, fitted with masterful precision. This fabulous city has houses, temples, warehouses, and a large central square, all connected by narrow roads and steps, and is surrounded by terraces cut into the mountain side which were used for agriculture. Lunch at Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge.
In the afternoon return by train Vistadome to Ollanta Station in the Sacred Valley and transfer to your hotel in Cuzco.

Day 2 Cuzco – ………. Breakfast at the hotel.
Guided visit of the city of Cuzco which includes the Main Square, the Cathedral with its religious Art Museum, and the Santo Domingo Church or Koricancha. Continue with a visit to the Sacsayhuaman Fortress, overlooking the city of Cuzco, a pre Inca architectural masterpiece, and to Kenko, a rock sanctuary whose main attraction is a monolithic altar representing a puma.
Early afternoon transfer to the airport in Cuzco.
