Package tours

Lima - Paracas - Ica - Nasca - Lima (3 Days/2 Nights)

  • Day 1 - Lima - Paracas - Ica - Nasca: Very early morning departure by private van/bus to Paracas (approx. 3hrs). Arrival at Hotel Paracas and departure by boat to the Ballestas Island, which are called "Little Galapagos" and where you can see an enormous concentration of sea birds and sea lions in their natural habitat. After the excursion departure to Nasca and accommodation at Hotel Nasca Lines
    Dinner at the hotel.
  • Day 2 - Nasca: Continental breakfast in the hotel.  Morning departure to Chauchilla graves. Guided excursion. Accommodation at Hotel Nasca Lines.
  • Day 3 - Nasca - Lima: Continental breakfast at the hotel. In the morning optional flight over the Nasca Lines, gigantic drawings and geometrical figures, representing animals, such as a spider, a monkey and several birds, and believed to be an enormous calendar.  Departure by private bus to Lima, lunch en route. Arrival in Lima and accommodation at selected hotel.


Lima - Ica - Paracas (2 Days/1 Night)
 

  • Day 1 - Lima - Ica: Transfer to the bus terminal. Early morning departure by local tourist bus to Ica.  Arrival in Ica after 4 hours ride. Accommodation at selected hotel. Afternoon flight over the Nasca Lines (one hour and twenty minutes).
    Overnight.
  • Day 2 - Ica - Paracas - Lima: Breakfast. Early morning departure by private car to Paracas. Arrival in Paracas after one hour ride. Excursion by boat to the Ballestas Islands, which are called "Little Galapagos", where you can see enormous concentrations of sea birds and the South American sea lions in their natural habitat. (Two hours) Early afternoon departure by local tourist bus to Lima Evening arrival in Lima, reception at the bus terminal and transfer to the selected hotel or to the airport.


Full-Day Nasca by Road (Flying from Ica)

  • Day 1 - Lima - Ica - Lima: Transfer to the bus terminal. Early morning departure by local tourist bus to Ica. Arrival in Ica after 4 hours ride. Reception at the bus terminal and transfer to the airstrip. Flight over the Nasca Lines drawings representing animal figures such as a spider, a monkey and geometrical figures, believed to be an enormous calendar. (1 hour and fifteen minutes). Lunch at a typical restaurant. Visit the outstanding Archaeological Regional Museum: it contains a collection of mummies, fossils, textiles and ceramics of the Paracas and Nasca cultures. Continue to the Huacachina Lagoon, nearby, which was a renowned spa and resort during the forties. Afternoon departure by local tourist bus to Lima. Night arrival in Lima, reception at the bus terminal and transfer to your hotel.

Late morning departure by private car to Nasca. Archaeological Tour from Ica
Transfer Ica - Nasca - Ica
A visit to the lost city of Huayurí, and the viewpoint of Rio Grande. Islas Ballestas and the Paracas National Reserve

Archaeological Tour of Nasca
Pick up from your hotel in Nasca.
A visit to the Antonini Museum, private museum directed by the Archeologist Giuseppe Orefici has a collection of archaeological pieces of the different stages of the Nasca culture as well as trophy heads, musical instruments like pan flutes, textiles, mummies, etc. are exhibited in this museum. These discoveries are the result of the excavations done in "Cahuachi", the largest mud maid ceremonial center in the world. The museum also provides the chance to see the Bisambra canal, which shows the magnificent hydraulic engineering work of the Nascas. You will visit the Paredones that was an Inca administrative center and the Kantalloc aqueducts made during the Nasca period (300 A.C.). Return to the hotel.

Cahuachi, Antonini Museum & Aqueducts of Cantayoc (5 hours thirty minutes)
Pick up from your hotel in Nasca.
A visit to the Antonini Museum, private museum directed by the Archeologist Giuseppe Orefici has a collection of archaeological pieces of the different stages of the Nasca culture as well as trophy heads, musical instruments like pan flutes, textiles, mummies, etc. are exhibited in this museum. The next stop is the Cahuachi complex that is a truncated adobe pyramids built by the Nascas features a patio and a wide terrace with covered rooms. On top of the main temples, huge rooms with dozens of columns were found. The majority of these pyramids were abandoned during the fifth and sixth centuries A.D.
and finally the Kantalloc aqueducts made during the Nasca period (300 a.c.) this aqueduct were very important for the living in that time. Return to the hotel.

Cahuachi – The most important ceremonial center of the Nasca culture
The Cahuachi Complex is a truncated adobe pyramids built by the Nascas, and features a patio and a wide terrace with covered rooms. On top of the main temples, huge rooms with dozens of columns were found. The majority of these pyramids were abandoned during the fifth and sixth centuries A.D.

Chauchilla (2 hours)
Pick up from your hotel to proceed with a guide visit to Chauchilla cemetery Compound of 13 tombs from the Nasca culture founded in perfect conditions It has mummies, human bones ands skulls and some pottery pieces at open air. Return to the Hotel.

Flight over the Nasca Lines
Transfer from your hotel to the Airport. Flight over the mysterious Nasca lines, where you can appreciate the different figures: gigantic drawings and geometrical figures, representing animals, such as a spider, a monkey and several birds. Return to the Hotel.
